- We offer a wide range of customised monitoring to suit all of your alarm and video verification needs only using an Australian based and operated Grade 1 monitoring center (not an oversees call center).
- Switching suppliers is hassle free and we can take care of that for you, all you have to do is call or email us and we will take it from there.
- There are no lock in contracts and if not satisfied you can withdraw at any time.
- Your monitoring charges could be as low as $1 per day and if you are currently getting a better rate we will match it and then give you a further 10% discount (for the first 12 months)

- Our after sales service includes the provision of maintenance services to equipment and upgrades when requested or required.
- Regular maintenance can effectively sustain the long term operation of your security system. Reflex can tailor a maintenance program to suit your individual system whether it be alarm, access or CCTV.
- is your system outdated, no longer working or requiring ongoing maintenance? Reflex can provide you with a quote for upgrading to the latest technology. This may save you money in the long term and provide you with a more sophisticated security system.
